Barbara Lynch-Samarati has been a licensed real estate broker since 1979. She has successfully owned and operated her own real estate brokerage from 1983 through 1989, SHADOW BROOK PROPERTIES and also holds the professional designations of Seniors Real Estate Specialist ((SRES), Certified New Home Sale Professional (CSP) and Accredited Staging Professional Realtor (ASP), and is a former member of the City of Santa Rosa Planning Commission from 1992 to 1998.

For many years, Barbara specialized in new homes sales and marketing and spent 5 years working for Del Webb Corporation / Pulte Homes.  From 1997 to 2002, she worked exclusively at Clover Springs by Del Webb and Sun City Lincoln Hills, specializing in Active Adult Community home sales.  Barbara was a consistent multi mullion dollar producer and member of the prestigious President’s Club, an honor bestowed to less than 5% of all Del Webb / Pulte Homes sales agents in the entire country.

Barbara joined Frank Howard Allen Realtors in 2002 and has since continually earned the President’s Award of Distinction for sales volume and exceptional customer service.

During Barbara’s real estate career she has assisted many clients in managing their investment properties.  Moon Valley Property Management, Inc. was formed in 2009 to provide exceptional and professional property management services throughout Sonoma County, California.

Cristie Marcus-Brodey  - Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Cristie studied abroad in Sweden her junior year of college then graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  After working in San Francisco for several years in the radio and record industry, as well as acting in TV commercials and films, Cristie moved to beautiful Sonoma County in 1983.

In 1986, Cristie began her Real Estate career and received the ROOKIE OF THE YEAR award. She has continued her success story each year since then.  Cristie has been with Frank Howard Allen Realtors since 1990, as a consistent award winning, top producing agent. She has been awarded the PRESIDENT’S CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE and honored as one of the company’s TOP 5% agents.  To contribute to the Sonoma County Community Cristie has volunteered on the Membership Committee for the Luther Burbank Center for the Arts and has served on the Board of Directors of the non-profit organization, Kid Street Theatre. She was also elected to serve on the Frank Howard Allen Realtors Advisory Board, representing her colleagues and company.

To expand on her many years of Real Estate experience, she and her business partner, Barbara Lynch-Samarati, have added Residential Property Management to their real estate services and have formed their new company, Moon Valley Property Management, Inc.
